NORIE'S BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. raisins
3 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran
2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
2 c. boiling water

Pour boiling water on Nabisco 100% Bran and set aside.

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and buttermilk; mix well. Stir in dry ingredients, then add cereals and raisins. Place batter in gallon covered container and store in the refrigerator. Will keep for 2 months. Bake as needed in greased muffin tins at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
