NO PEEK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. stewing beef
1 lg. can mushroom stems and pieces
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Trim beef well and cut into bite sized pieces. In 2 quart casserole combine all ingredients. Cover tightly. Bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Do not peek! Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
