2-3 lb. beef stew meat
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cooking wine
1 c. water

Bake 3 hours, covered, at 350 degrees. Serve on rice or noodles.
