PUMPKIN BREAD 
Note: You will need 10 soup cans for this recipe.

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 sm. can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients first. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Fill soup cans 1/2 full. Bake. Wait 20-25 minutes and then remove from cans. (Baked bread will shake right out of can). Bake at 350 degrees.
