GROUND BEEF GUMBO | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. hot cooked rice 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can chicken soup 1/8 tsp. ground pepper Combine beef, onion, and green pepper in 2 quart micro-proof casserole. Cook on high 5 to 6 minutes or until beef is no longer red, stirring once during cooking. Break up beef with fork; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice. Cover. Cook on high 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Serve over rice. |
