"PEACH CAKE" 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda (level)
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can peaches

Drain peaches and mash (save the peach juice). Add egg. Mix together the dry ingredients and then add to the peach mixture. Add 1/2 of the juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Punch small holes in top of cake with a toothpick and pour remaining juice in.

ICING FOR PEACH CAKE:

1 stick butter
2/3 c. Milnot
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook in saucepan until thick then pour over warm cake.
