PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE 
4 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 can peaches, sliced
1/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

In mixing bowl combine cake mix, 4 eggs, 1 at a time, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 1/4 cups water and 1 package instant vanilla pudding. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 13"x9" aluminum baking pan. Drain peaches. Place peach slices (individually) over entire top of cake mixture. In separate bowl combine cream cheese and 1/4 cup peach syrup. Beat until smooth. Add 1/4 cup sugar to cream cheese on top of each peach slice. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mixture in oven and bake 45 minutes. Check cake at least once during baking time.
