PAM'S CRANBROSIA 
2 c. cranberries, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 c. coconut
1 lg. banana, cubed
1 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin

Combine cranberries and sugar, mix until sugar is dissolved. Drain and reserve liquid from pineapple and oranges. Add oranges, pineapple, coconut and bananas to cranberries. Sprinkle gelatin over 3/4 cup fruit juice and heat over medium heat to dissolve, stir continually. Add to fruits and fold in sour cream. Whip cream and fold into fruit mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 inch dish or 2 quart mold and chill several hours until firm.
