CHEESE LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced & mashed
1 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Cream cheese and garlic well. Mix in nuts. Shape into 2 logs, 1 1/2" in diameter. Roll in curry or chili powder. Wrap in foil and chill. French onion crackers are recommended. Logs will refrigerate for a month or freeze for even longer.
