1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 c. salad oil

In small bowl, mix salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir in vinegar and honey. Slowly add oil while beating with rotary beater or electric beaters. Makes about 1 1/3 cups dressing.
