CREAMY FRENCH DRESSING 
2 eggs
2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. honey
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, and while beating constantly with a wire whisk, add the oil in a slow, steady stream. This is the only crucial step. The proper combination of egg and oil creates an emulsion which makes the dressing smooth. If the combination should separate, try whisking in another egg. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Makes 1 quart.
