Cookie Batter:

3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1 cup sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup nuts

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.

Icing:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. mayo

Mix all ingredients well. Spread onto cooled cookie mixture.
