CHOCOLATE SPRITZ 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk

Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and chocolate. Beat well. Add flour, soda and salt alternately with milk. Refrigerate 1 hour. Fill cookie press. Stamp on cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
