SPECIAL OCCASION GLAZED PECANS 
1 lb. shelled pecans (halves)
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
Cinnamon (to your taste) at least a couple of shakes

Whip the egg white in a bowl until it's frothy. Combine pecans with egg white, stirring until coated. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, then pour over pecans. Mix until covered.

Lightly butter a cookie sheet and spread out the pecans in a single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, turning the pecans every 12-15 minutes so they don't burn. Watch carefully. Serve on a decorative plate or put in a pretty basket to bring to someone as a hostess gift. Enjoy. They are delicious.
