1 lb. pecans
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
Dash salt

Beat egg whites, sugar, and salt until firm. fold in pecans. Melt 1 1/4 sticks butter in shallow pan. Spread pecans over it. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain on paper towel when done.
