GLAZED PECANS 
1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Beat egg white and cold water until frothy. Mix together the rest except pecans and add to the beaten egg whites. Dump in the nuts and stir until pecans are coated. Take out one by one and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. These are very good.
