GLAZED PECANS 
1 lb. pecans

Toast at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Add 1 cup sugar. Melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter. Spread butter on cookie sheet. Coat pecans with egg white mixture. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes, taking out of oven to stir. Complete baking time. Cool on waxed paper.
