GLAZED PECANS 
1/2 c. Half and Half cream
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
4 c. pecan halves

Combine ingredients except pecans. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Continue to cook until candy thermometer shows 220 degrees. Remove from heat; add pecans and stir until well coated. Spread on wax paper and separate with fork.
