KLUSKIE CASSEROLE 
3 lb. pork roast, cooked and cut into cubes
1 lg. can sauerkraut
2 cans each onion and mushroom soup
1 lb. Kluskie noodles, cooked and drained
2 cans mushrooms (optional)

Cook roast 2 to 3 hours. Cut into chunks and put back in roaster in drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. This casserole freezes very well.
