KLUSKI NOODLE SOUP 
5 to 6 med. to lg. potatoes
1 bag Kluski noodles
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion
2 stalks celery
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 cube chicken bouillon
Seasoning salt
1 c. sour cream

Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Put in large pot with water to cover. Add bag of noodles and cook until tender (30 to 45 minutes). Add more water if necessary. In skillet, melt butter and add the chopped onion and celery. Saute till tender. Add to potatoes and noodles. Add parsley, seasoning salt, and bouillon. Add sour cream and heat through. Unusual and delicious.
