1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 English muffins, split

In 9 inch round cake pan, melt butter in 400 degree oven. Remove pan from oven and stir in honey, nuts, raisins and cinnamon. Arrange muffin halves, cut side down, on top of honey mixture. Bake at 400 degrees 13 to 15 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
