ERIN'S GRILLED GREEK PORK
BURGERS
 
2 lb. lean ground pork
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. all-purpose Greek seasoning (Cavender's or Konriko)
2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning (Lawry's)

Combine all ingredients and form into burgers. Will make approximately 10 burgers. Let sit in refrigerator for about an hour for the flavors to release into the pork.

Grill on a medium to high heat grill for 4 minutes per side.
