WILD RICE HOTDISH 
2/3 c. wild rice
1 1/2 lb. x-tra lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. celery, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom stems & pieces (do not drain)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Cook rice in salted water for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. (As rice cooks, keep covered with water.) Brown ground beef with onion, celery, salt and pepper.

Combine ground beef, mushrooms and soup in 3 quart casserole dish. Drain rice and add to meat mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
