WILD RICE HOTDISH | |
1 lb. wild rice 1 sm. onion, diced 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced 2 c. chicken, cubed 1 c. Cheddar cheese shredded Soak rice overnight and cook until tender. Mix together and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
