WILD RICE HOTDISH | |
3/4 c. wild rice 1/4 c. white or brown rice 2 c. diced celery 1 lg. onion, diced 1 lb. chicken or hamburger 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cold water 1/2 c. mushrooms Rinse rice under warm water, put rice in bowl, cover with warm water and put cover on bowl and let set 2 hours, then drain; set aside. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender, combine soy sauce and soup and water together. Stir all ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. |
