BAKED BEANS 
1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
1 onion, chopped
4 or 5 strips bacon
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. cheese, grated

Cut bacon into bite-size pieces, brown in frying pan. Drain on paper towel, remove excess fat. Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender. Mix all ingredients together, pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees, top with cheese and bake about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
