MARINATED CHARCOALED FLANK STEAK 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. salad oil
1 chopped onion

Marinate 1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak about 4 hours (or longer) in sauce. Grill over charcoal 5 minutes each side.
