CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4-8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Mozzarella cheese, slices
Boiled ham
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Melted butter

Cover chicken breasts with plastic wrap and beat until thin. Place slice of ham, then a slice of cheese on each breast. Roll up and tuck in sides. Secure with toothpick. Dip in melted butter, then in mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Put in 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
