CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 chicken cutlets
6 slices ham and Swiss cheese or Mozzarella
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine

Flatten chicken and top each slice with ham and cheese and roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Brown in butter, stir in soup and wine and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
