CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
3 whole chicken breasts (split and boned)
6 slices boiled ham
6 slices Swiss or Colby cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Place ham and cheese on chicken breasts. Roll and place toothpick to secure.

Melt butter in a casserole dish. Place chicken rolls in dish. Mix milk and soup. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
