EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 chicken breasts, flattened
6 slices thinly sliced ham
6 sliced Swiss cheese (no wider than the chicken breasts)
3/4 stick butter
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk

Saute 1 can mushrooms in the butter. Lay the flattened chicken breasts in casserole or 9 x 13 pan. Lay a square of thinly sliced ham over each breast. Put a piece of cheese over that. Mix the canned soup with half a can of milk. Pour over meat layer. Top with browned mushrooms and butter. Bake one hour at 325.
