PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. dark corn syrup (not maple!)
1 tsp. vinegar
1 pastry shell (9")
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Pecans

Combine all ingredients except pecans. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees for 30 minutes, or until firm. Watch carefully first 15 minutes.
