BETTER THAN EVER CAKE 
1 chocolate fudge cake mix
1 can condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's ice cream topping
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 Heath bars, crushed (or Hershey's Skor)

Prepare cake according to package directions. As soon as cake comes out of the oven, poke holes all over it (about 1 1/2 inches apart) using the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour entire can of condensed milk into holes. Heat ice cream topping in microwave and pour it into holes. Let cool entirely. Spread entire container of Cool Whip over top of cake. Sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.

SUGGESTION: Butterscotch Caramel Fudge flavor ice cream topping is a good choice for this recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
