BETTER THAN SCHOOL CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's caramel butterscotch topping
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 or more Heath or Skor bars

Bake cake as directed. Remove from oven and poke holes all over the cake with the handle end of a wooden spoon. Let cool 5 minutes.

Pour 1 can sweetened condensed milk over the cake, then pour 1 jar of topping over cake. Let cool in refrigerator. Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle crushed candy bars over top. Keep refrigerated.
