1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate, grated
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together, except chocolates. Stir by hand for two minutes. Add the chocolates and mix well. Bake in a well greased bundt pan for one hour at 350 degrees. Test for doneness by inserting a wooden toothpick in center of cake.
