1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 oz. German chocolate, grated
1 c. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. pecans

Mix cake, pudding, eggs, water, oil and chocolate. Add sour cream, chocolate chips and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes in a greased and floured bundt pan.
