1 German chocolate cake mix
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 jar butterscotch topping (I use Mrs. Richardsons)
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 crushed "Skor" candy bars

Bake cake following directions on package. While cake is still very warm poke holes all over top with a straw. Pour sweetened condensed milk, then butterscotch topping. Let cool.

Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle with the candy bar crumbs. Cake is also good made with a lemon cake mix and strawberry topping.
