BEEF TERIYAKI 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin or round steak
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 onion, diced
1 can mushrooms
1 box frozen Chinese pea pods
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken, celery or golden mushroom soup
1 box beef Rice-A-Roni

Cut meat into chunks and marinate in soy sauce for 1/2 hour. Heat oil and quickly brown meat, a little at a time. Remove from pan and set aside. In remaining soy sauce in pan brown water chestnuts, onion, mushrooms, pea pods and celery. Mix soups and add to mat mixture and vegetables. Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to directions. Place in 11 x 14 inch glass baking dish. Pour complete mixture over top. Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
