1 c. soy sauce
1 c. saki
1/2 c. fresh grated ginger root
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 lb. Del Monico steaks cut into thin strips
20 teriyaki sticks

Put Del Monico strips onto teriyaki strips. Mix all other ingredients. Put steak strips in large marinater. Pour marinate over and let stand for at least 2 hours, turning frequently.

Bake in 350 degree oven on baking sheet for approximately 10 minutes or grill on hot barbeque until done to desired. Great barbecue idea.
