BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Velveeta)
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten

Put in casserole dish and top with French fried onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (You may substitute Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing for onion rings.)
