BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP 
16 oz. stems and pieces of mushrooms
50 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
3 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
40 oz. frozen broccoli

Defrost broccoli until completely thawed.

Mix rest of ingredients, stir well, put on high 15 minutes, (micro) or until hot and bubbly. Stove on low heat approximately 30 minutes or in oven.

Take out and stir, put back in high for (15 minutes, micro) or until cheese is melted. Put in crockpot to keep warm. Serve with taco or Dorito chips.
