1 (21.5-23 oz.) brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
48 Sunshine vanilla wafers
1/2 of an 8 oz. pkg. whipped cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. mini-chocolate chips

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cake brownies. Mix until well blended. Spread mixture evenly into a well greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Make sandwiches (24) of wafers and cream cheese. Press sandwiches down into brownie mix. Sprinkle top with nuts and chips. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool in pan, then cut into squares. Makes one 9 x 13 inch pan, 24 squares.
