PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 pork chops (1 inch thick), browned
1 c. uncooked rice
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup (optional)

Spread rice in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Add mushrooms, dry soup mix. Add pork chops. Mix soup with 1 can of water; pour over. (I use 2 cans of soup and add 2 cans of milk.)
