KEEP-ME-COVERED CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
1 pkg. onion soup
4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. dry rice

Place rice, onion soup and water in bottom of large 8x10 inch baking pan. Place cut-up chicken on top of rice mixture. Spread soup over chicken pieces and dot with butter. Place in 350 degree oven covered for 1 hour. Do NOT uncover, it will be done at end of hour.
