MOM'S COVERED CHICKEN
Take some frying-size pieces of chicken. Salt and pepper them very good. Now smear with mustard until covered. Roll up each piece, individually, in tin foil and seal. Put them in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, take out your corn for boiling and your can of spinach for heating and your dinner's ready. Serve the chicken in tin foil (2 or 3 per person). The kids will love unwrapping their own.

"I'd like to stress the point of being very generous with the mustard and when it's done, open it up and brown it under the broiler for an even more delicious flavor. Don't forget some Bisquick biscuits in the same oven, because they're as good as homemade. I use lots of packaged things all the time, if they're good."
