BREAKFAST TORTILLA ROLLUPS 
4 (6 inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1/4 c. raisins

Seal tortillas in aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 2 tablespoons applesauce and 1 tablespoon raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll up tortilla jelly roll fashion.
