WILD RICE HOT DISH 
4 c. boiling water
1 c. uncooked wild rice
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can of mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Pour 4 cups boiling water over rice. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain. Cook and stir hamburger, celery, and onion. Combine rest of ingredients and bake in casserole pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
