CHICKEN WILD RICE HOT DISH 
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 c. wild rice, cooked in bouillon
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey

Mix all together. May top with chow mein noodles. Bake in 2-quart covered casserole in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
