CHICKEN WITH RICE (HOT DISH) 
1 lg. chicken, cooked, cut off bones
2 c. cooked rice
4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter or chicken fat
2 c. chicken stock or milk with bouillon cubes
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. pimento
2 tsp. salt
1 c. celery
1/2 of a sm. onion

Garnish with corn flakes - bake 1 hour.
