GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Bring first four ingredients to a boil for 1 minute. Add nuts, coconut, graham cracker crumbs. Grease a 13"x9"x2" pan. Line with whole graham crackers. Pour mixture over graham crackers and spread. Top with a layer of graham crackers. Spread with icing. Refrigerate and cut into squares.

ICING:

1 3/4 c. butter
2 c. confectionery sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
3 oz. cream cheese

Mix well and ice bars.
